Hanley, Owner and Managing Director of Oualie Business Solutions LLC, brings a wealth of expertise to the table, holding a MS in Healthcare Informatics and a BA in Computer Information Systems. With over 20 years of professional technical and administrative experience under her belt, Otencia has honed her skills through hands-on work and formal training, culminating in the inception of her business venture.

Driven by a vision to provide exceptional quality service, Oualie Business Solutions LLC caters to small businesses and medium businesses. Based in the vibrant Onondaga county of Upstate New York, Otencia draws inspiration from its rich indigenous history and the picturesque beauty of its surrounding lakes—echoing memories of her Caribbean roots.

We will be working for you around the clock. You can schedule appointments and send us questions at any time. However, we will typically pick up phone calls and respond to messages during extended business hours typically 8am to 8pm on weekdays.
